It is with a heavy heart but with cherished memories that we say goodbye to a beautiful soul.

​Cathy Lush of Gambo, NL passed away December 31, 2018 at the age of 61. She passed peacefully surrounded by an abundance of love from family and friends after a strong​ battle with cancer at James Paton Memorial Hospital.​

​Cathy was blessed to have wonderful nurturing parents in Donald and Lydia Waterman. She was adored by her nine siblings, Donna (Randy), Christine (Arnold), Lloyd (Teenie),​ Rick (Susan), Kirk (Pam), Jessie (Damien), Danny, Paul (Tracey) and Lori (Dion).​

​Cathy was a devoted wife to Jerry for 44 years. She was a loving and selfless mother to Charlene, Mark (Denise) and Jennifer (Damian) and an amazing grandmother to Sidney,​ Evan, Oliver and Casey.​

​Cathy always made sure that those who entered her home were made to feel welcomed and offered a cup of tea.​

​Though she may no longer be with us, she will be always be remembered and forever in our hearts.
