Obituary

Goulding (Pritchett), Classie Idelah, July 8, 1920 - Dec 1, 2010 passed away peacefully into the arms of her Saviour, with her family by her side at home in Mount Pearl, NL following a lengthy illness. Classie was a devout Christian and a lifetime member of the Salvation Army. Born in Gambo, she lived there for many years, followed by a number of years in Grand Falls-Windsor, Bishops Fall's, and in the last few years in Hants Harbour and Mount Pearl with her daughter Vida and Leighton Ryan. Classie is pre-deceased by her husbands Curtis Pritchett and Cyril Goulding and son Norman Pritchett. Classie is survived by her children, Bruce, Wayne, Don, Harvey, Vida, Garry, Lorne, Brian, Pauline and Cathy and sons and daughters-in-law Louise, Roberta, Myra, Audrey, Linda, Leighton, Elizabeth, Barbara, Donna, Paul, Gary, Adele and many grand children, great grandchildren and great-great grand children. Classie was devoted to her family and friends and brought joy to everyone she met. Visitation at the Pritchett's Funeral Home, Gambo, NL on Friday 7-9 p.m and Saturday 2-4 and 7-9. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held at the Salvation Army Church, Gambo, NL on Sunday, December 5th, 2010 at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Salvation Army church of your choice.
