Passed peacefully away, July 13, 2019 at Brookfield Hospital, Daphne Mary Blackwood, 85 years. She is predeceased by parents Harry and Edith Paul, husband Ambrose Blackwood, baby sister Shirley & Daughter-in-law June Blackwood. Leaving to mourn are children Wayne (Geraldine), Deanna MacDonald (Jim), Kathleen Saunders (Jerry), Lorne, Eleanor Reid (Paul), Glenn and Heather LaCosta (Donald). She was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn is her sister Emma Paul and a large number of relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Pritchett's Funeral Home Sunday and Monday 2PM – 9PM. Funeral service will be held at Emmanuel United Church, Gambo, Tuesday, July 16 at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Emmanuel United Church Cemetery Fund.
