It is with great sadness that the family of Eliza Willis of Dover announces her peaceful passing at James Paton Memorial Hospital with family by her side. Eliza was 89 years of age.

Eliza was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed and loved always. Above all else she loved spending time with her family and, in the past few years, visiting Greenspond had been very special to her.

Eliza is predeceased by her late husband of 64 years, Reuben. Left to remember are her children Dean, Glenda, Janice, Glenn (Karen), and Vanessa (Douglas); grandchildren Kelly, John, Daniel, Megan, and Julia; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents Victor and Rachael Pelley; brothers Fred (Lucy), Maxwell (Rowena) and Gerald (Frances); sisters Rose (Fred), Pearl (Chesley), Greta (Cecil), Clara (Lawrence), and Jennie (Wesley).

Resting at Pritchett's Funeral Home with visitation to be held on Sunday July 26, 2026 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Service will be held from the Salvation Army Hare Bay/Dover Citadel in Hare Bay on Monday July 27, 2026 at 2:00 pm, with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lockyer's Bay.
