Gambo

George Green passed away at J.P.M Hospital, gander on Sunday, August 21 ^st , 2011, George Green of Gambo in his 84 ^th year. Pre-deceased by his wife, Minnie; parents, James and Alice Green; sisters, Winnie and Jessie, and son, George Jr.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories, his brother, Howard (Gander); daughters: Alice (Boyd Arnold) Traytown, Ann (Bill Mindach) Gambo, Meta (Don Robertson) Ontario, Sarah (Albert Maher) Cull's Hr, Shonaine (Eric Button) Hare Bay; sons: William (Annette) Gambo, and Melvin (Melissa) Gambo, who for the last couple of years he resided with and was taken care of by them; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grand children and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 24 ^th , 2011 at 2:00pm from St. George's Anglican Church, Gambo with Rev. David Coffin, officiating, interment following at the St. George's Cemetery, Gambo. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Pritchett's Funeral Home, Gambo.

He will be greatly missed.
