Geraldine (Goulding) Neal

(February 19th, 1944 - September 15th, 2023)

The family of Geraldine (Goulding) Neal is deeply saddened to announce her passing. Geraldine passed away peacefully at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander, Newfoundland on September 15th, 2023 surrounded by her five children and beloved husband.

Predeceased by her parents, James and Edith Goulding, sister Bessie Lane, brother-in-law Jim Taylor, and daughter-in-law Stephanie Neal.

Leaving to mourn the love of her life, her husband and best friend, Matthew Neal. Daughters, Marlene (Byron), Colleen (Moe) and sons, Kevin (Carolyn), Jeffery (Kathy), and Jason (Victoria). Grandchildren, Ashley, Bradley, Blake, Kathryn, Jasmine, Kevin, Griffin, Aiden, and Lacie. Great grandchildren, Jason, Ashton, and Avery. Sisters, Janet (Wallace), Stella (Bill), Amelia (Clarence), and Brenda. Along with extended family and friends.

Geraldine will be fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Geraldine had a passion for life and infinite love for her family and friends.

Visitation will take place at Pritchett's Funeral Home, Monday September 18th, 2:00 - 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army Church in Gambo on Tuesday, September 19th at 2:00 pm. Internment will follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Gambo.

Donations in memory of Geraldine can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

The family would like to extend heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Oram's Bethesda Manor, Gander and to James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander for their kindness and compassion shown to Geraldine and her family during this difficult time.
