Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Hospital on October 2, 2019. Hubert was born on Oct 23, 1938 to the late Arthur and Alice Peckford. He is predeceased by his wife of 58 years Matilda Peckford and several brothers and sister.

Hubert leaves with loving memories his sister Nellie Downer and four children -  Shirley Brown (Eric), Donald Peckford ( Phyllis), Denise White (Alf) and Corey Peckford (Dana). Also four grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren along with a large number of nieces and nephews.

Resting at Pritchett's Funeral Home. Visitation times  - Thursday 2 PM - 9 PM; Friday 2 PM - 9PM; Saturday 10AM - Noon.
