It is with great sadness that the family of Josephine Lush, announce her sudden passing at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander on July 16, 2021 at the age of 62. Predeceased by her father Raymond Oram, mother Sarah (Paul) Oram, sister Joan Stokes, mother in-law Florence Lush & father in-law Walter Lush. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband of 39 years, Frazer Lush, her son Billy (Janice), her daughter Sarah (Matthew), granddaughters Brooklynn & Annabelle, and grandsons Nathan & Jack. Josie had a large circle of family and friends that will miss her greatly and was well known and loved by all who knew her. She loved the outdoors, walking, helping with the firewood and many other outdoor activities. She dearly loved playing cards, organizing and helping out with the relay for life. Most of all, she adored her family, especially her grandchildren. She was the pillar and glue to our family; her memory will live on in each and every one of them.

Visitation for the funeral home will be Saturday July 17, 2021 from 8-9pm, Sunday July 18, 2021 from 2-9pm and Monday July 19, 2021 from 10am-12pm. The funeral service will take place Monday, July 19 ^th at 2pm. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the funeral service will remain for close family members. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Josie's memory can be made to the United Church in Gambo and the Canadian Cancer Society.
