It is with great sadness that the family of Kevin Collins, announce his passing at the Health Science Centre, St John's on Saturday July 19 at the age of 63.

Kevin joined the Canadian Arm Forces out of high school in 1975, into recruit training in Cornwallis, NS. Posted to West Germany in 1976 serving under NATO in 1 RCHA artillery unit in Lahr. In 1980 posted to 2 RCHA in Petawawa, Ont. In 1983 posted to 3 RCHA in Shilo, Manitoba. In 1985 posted to 5 RALC in Valcartier, QC.  Honourable discharge in 1989. Kevin worked in Alberta and BC before coming home to NL in 2019. Kevin enjoyed photography and spend many hours taking pictures and posting video.

Visitation at Pritchett's Funeral Home will be Wednesday July 21, 2021 from 7-9pm, Thursday July 22, 2021 from 2-9pm and Friday July 23, 2021 from 10am-12pm.  The Legion has been lined up with the honor guard. The funeral service will take place Friday, July 23rd at 2pm at the Anglican Church , Gambo. Seating will be limited due to still following Covid gathering protocol.

As an expression of sympathy, any donations in Kevin's memory will be made to the Gambo Salvation Army Food Bank.
