Clarence Manuel Parsons, born April 8, 1955, to Llewelyn and Alma Parsons, being 1 of 6 children. He passed at his home on August 20, 2025, in Gambo, Newfoundland.

He is survived by his daughters, Trina, Kandy (Scott), Krystal (Aeris); granddaughter Lily; brothers Frank (Yvonne); Doug (Marina) sister, Dorothy (Barry), nieces, nephews, dear friends Brenda Rich and Jo-Anne Smith. Also, many cousins who he considered friends/siblings.

Manuel was predeceased by his parents, Llewelyn and Alma Parsons, and brothers, Arthur and Jerry (Debbie).
