Passed peacefully away at Chenchenstway Long-Term Care Home, Burnaby, British Columbia, January
15, Marion Joyce Pond of New Westminster, British Columbia (formerly of Gambo, Newfoundland), age
92 years.
Predeceased by Parents Nellie (nee Collings) and Stephen Pond; brothers Arthur (Ena) and Murray
(Daisy); Sisters Major Pearl Snelgrove (Major Herbert), Maisie Pond and Ada Efford (Allan).
Leaving to mourn sister Betty Badcock (George), Gambo, a large circle of nieces, nephews (great and
great-great) and cousins, special friends Elizabeth and Larry White, her Corps family at Caribou Hill
Temple in Burnaby, as well as many friends in British Columbia and Newfoundland.
Visitation at Pritchett's Funeral Home Friday January 30th  2 PM - 5 PM.  Funeral Service from Pritchett's Funeral Home at 11:30 AM Saturday January 31st.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations in Marion's memory may be made to a
charity of one's choice.
