Melvin was born and raised in Gambo ,NL and passed peacefully away in Toronto, ON.

Son of Melvin Lush (Gambo, NL) pre deceased by Mother Lottie Lush , Grandparents Howard and Annie Lush and Tomas  and Lucy Collins and cousin Keith Wilkins . Leaves behind to mourn Sisters Corrina and Jessica Lush , a large circle of family and friends .

Melvin had a love for the great outdoors since a young boy . Had a love for fishing , hunting and getting "lost" in nature . Melvin  decided at a young age to travel to Ontario for work , where he resided to for the last few years .

Melvin touched the hearts of many who were fortunate to have known him . Those that knew him , even just a little , lost a shining light in their lives . Melvin will be missed by many , and was loved by us all .

You left us without a warning , not even a goodbye and I can't seem to stop and question why ?

We didn't see this coming , it hit us by surprise . When you left for heaven , a part of us all died .

Your smile could brighten anyone's day , and everyday for the rest of our lives , We will be missing you .

We can wipe away the tears from our eyes , but never the pain away from out hearts .

Public visitation will take place at Pritchett's Funeral Home, Gambo, NL on Monday, May 3:  7 PM - 9 PM.

Covid protocols will be in place for those who visit the Funeral Home.

Funeral Service and interment will take place on Tuesday afternoon May 4, 2021
