Surrounded by family and close friends, Otto Joseph Kelly passed peacefully away on October 15th, 2016 at James Paton Memorial Hospital. Otto is predeceased by parents Alphonsus and Monica Kelly and sister Ann Marie. Left to celebrate his life are his wife Rose, daughters Nicole (Dean) and Karen (Adam), sisters Doreen (Jose) Perotta, Anastatia Kelly, Anita (Roy) Pritchett, and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Pritchett's Funeral Home, Gambo on Monday 2:00 -4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM with funeral service to take place on Tuesday, October 18th at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Roman Catholic Church.
