Predeceased by Grandmother Patsy Locke; Great Grandfather Gordon Brown; and great uncle Gary Brown.

Leaving to mourn: Mother Chantal Locke (Dean); Father Jerry Mahoney; Brother Riley O'Sullivan (Father of Riley Jason O'Sullivan); Grandfather Ronald Locke (Lois); Grandparents Raymond and Dianne Mahoney; Aunts Karen Locke (Jim), Michelle Goulding (Robert), Angie Mahoney (Kirk); Uncle Ronnie Locke (Ashley); Special puppy Mia and two special boys Ethan and Whyatt; And a large circle of family and friends.

Resting at Pritchett's Funeral Home. Visitations Saturday 2 PM - 9 PM ; Sunday 2 PM - 9 PM. Covid protocols to be followed.

Family service conducted by Father Brophy 11 AM Monday October 18th.
